Tuhia Sunrise is a truly tropical surprise on the coastline where the sun rises, on the little island of Niue. This home has stunning ocean views enjoyed from the 20-metre front deck where you can often site fluking whales between the months of July and October. So much can be celebrated on the front deck including delicious meals, cocktails, yoga and deck games. Of course, you get to see the sunrise first here and it does not disappoint.
Across the road you will find Anapala Chasm where the steps will take you down to a freshwater pool, perfect for cooling off on a warm day. Two minutes further down the road is the end of the sea track and this is where the villagers often find seafood as well as swim in the rockpools. You may find vakas (island canoes) parked up ready for villagers to go fishing when the seas are calm. Pack your reef shoes so you can pop down to check out the sea creatures yourself.
Yes, the property is away from the hustle and bustle of Alofi, the main town, but on a good day you can drive there in about 15 minutes!
